How did Mom League start?
Mom League launched in Winston-Salem, NC in 2022, and has since expanded to 11 cities across the US. We offer the Newborn Series — an 8-week class for mom and newborn baby. Our mission is to help all moms thrive by providing community and trusted, evidence-based guidance to moms.

A moment that reminded you why you do this?
Anytime I am able to make it to the last class of a series, I am reminded why I do this! Hearing moms say, with happy tears in their eyes, how they’ve met their best friends, built their village, and feel confident as a mom — nothing beats that! I struggled postpartum, so I feel so passionate about helping other moms feel supported.
What’s a hard lesson you’ve had to learn while building it?
You can’t do it all! The more we have grown, the more we are asked to get involved in things. As much as we want to, we are working moms trying to balance kids, life, and work. Saying no is tough, but sometimes necessary!

Every Newborn Series is special in different ways!
Give yourself some love — what are you proud of?
I am proud of building a business while simultaneously being a mom! I have had the privilege of being home with my kids full time and working around that.
